Some of us have the privilege to live next to a skiing area but golf and snow… we don’t know?! Sometimes it is just much nicer to escape into the sun. But what are the best destinations for a golf trip, where you can find different activities for the whole family?
Spain has many great golf spots to offer. According to medical studies rheumatism-clients are advised move to Gran Canaria or Tenerife because the weather there is consistently warm all year round. The Balearic Islands add to the dream golf destinations, just think of Mallorca and its neighbor islands. Here you can find many more destinations if you want to feel the “Vida de Espania”.
Italy can get cold and wintery in the north but it rarely does some 1200km further south, where you have a stunning scene with the great volcano of Mount Etna. Small alleyways and the very best part – Italian food and wine. The golf spots are almost scarce, however, in the last years Sicily made a huge step into the golf world. Stay at a vineyard and enjoy the Mediterranean feeling.
The rest of Europe is pretty cold during this time so maybe we should focus on other parts of the world.
